Buyer FAQ

Manufacturer Verification & Product Range

Factory facts, product scope and verification information for international buyers.

Are you a manufacturer or a trading company?

We are a direct glove manufacturer established in 2009 in Guangdong, China. The manufacturing operation integrates product development, production and export. Factory visits or video audits can be arranged for buyers who need to verify the legal company, production environment, manufacturing capability and quality-control process before placing an order.

What types of gloves do you manufacture?

The published product range covers three main families: reusable latex household gloves for cleaning, latex industrial gloves for mechanical, chemical and food-processing work, and disposable examination gloves in latex or nitrile. Disposable options include powdered and powder-free models as well as extended 12-inch lengths for applications that require additional wrist coverage.

How can a buyer verify that the factory is legitimate?

Buyers can request verifiable certificate numbers, third-party audit reports and product test documents before placing an order. Factory visits and video audits are also welcome. The factory can show its production lines, product demonstrations and quality-control process so buyers can compare the legal company, production address, certifications and actual manufacturing capability.

Can we visit the factory before placing an order?

Yes. Buyer visits can be arranged at the factory in Zhanjiang. The visit may include production-line demonstrations and a quality-control walkthrough. Zhanjiang Airport is approximately 5 km from the factory, while Zhanjiang Port is approximately 15 km away, which also allows buyers to review the production and export logistics arrangement during the same visit.

Buyer FAQ

Samples, MOQ & Private Label

Clear answers about evaluation samples, order quantities, customization and production schedules.

Can you provide samples before a bulk order?

Yes. Standard samples are normally ready within 3–5 working days. Buyers may request samples from the published household latex, industrial latex and disposable examination glove ranges to evaluate material, fit, grip, workmanship and packaging requirements before confirming a bulk order. Shipping arrangements and any customization requirements should be confirmed with the sales team.

What is the minimum order quantity?

The published standard MOQ for latex gloves starts from 80,000 pairs per design. MOQ for nitrile examination gloves and mixed-container orders can be negotiated according to the product, gram weight, packaging and production plan. The final quantity should therefore be confirmed in the quotation for the exact glove specification being purchased.

Do you support OEM, ODM and private-label packaging?

Yes. OEM and ODM services include custom logo printing, glove colors, weight specifications, retail polybags, dispenser boxes, carton artwork and packaging design. Customization is confirmed against approved specifications before production. Available options and additional customization costs depend on the glove type, order quantity and packaging requirements.

What is the lead time for a private-label order?

Published guidance states that custom orders typically require 10–30 days after the advance payment is received, depending on the order details. The schedule includes specification confirmation, artwork or packaging approval, production planning, manufacturing and final inspection. The confirmed delivery date must be stated in the quotation because material, quantity and packaging complexity can affect the final lead time.

What are the main stages of an OEM glove order?

The documented process starts with sample and specification approval, followed by order confirmation and pre-production samples checked against the approved requirements. The order then enters mass production, weight and thickness monitoring, finished-product inspection and packaging verification. Shipment is arranged only after the production and final quality checks are completed.

Buyer FAQ

Quality Control & Compliance

Published inspection stages, performance checks and compliance documentation.

How do you control glove quality during production?

Quality control begins with approved samples and specifications. During compounding and production, temperature, process time and viscosity are monitored to support stable vulcanization and consistent thickness. Weight and thickness are checked at multiple stages, including line sampling, after drying and before packaging. Finished batches then undergo safety, visual and performance inspections before shipment.

How are pinholes and finished-product defects inspected?

Finished batches are sampled with professional leak-testing equipment for inflation inspection. The published quality system also describes an optical inspection system used to detect micro-pinholes, internal defects and particles. These checks are combined with visual inspection and final pre-shipment verification to reduce the risk of defective gloves entering export packaging.

How are glove weight and thickness controlled?

Weight and thickness are monitored through multiple production stages: during compounding, through random checks on the line, after drying and again before packaging. Published tolerance examples include ±2 g for flocked latex gloves under 50 g, ±3 g for flocked latex gloves over 50 g, and ±3 g for nitrile flock-lined gloves over 59 g.

Which certifications and audit documents are available?

Published documentation includes CE product certification from CTC Notified Body 0075 for applicable product lines, FDA 510(k) K072145 for applicable latex and nitrile patient examination gloves, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, an amfori BSCI audit, FSC Chain of Custody and a China Class I Medical Device filing. Availability must be matched to the selected product.

Can buyers receive certificates, test reports or factory audit documents?

Yes. Certificate copies and applicable third-party audit or test documents can be requested for verification before an order is placed. Buyers should confirm that the document names the correct manufacturer, product model, standard, certificate number and issuing body. Product-specific documents should be checked against the exact glove being quoted rather than applied to the complete catalog.

Buyer FAQ

Materials & Applications

Guidance for choosing among household, industrial and disposable glove ranges.

Which glove types are available for household, industrial and medical use?

Reusable latex household gloves are designed for cleaning and everyday chores. Latex industrial gloves are offered for mechanical, chemical and food-processing work. Disposable examination gloves are available in latex and nitrile for healthcare, laboratory and hygiene-sensitive handling. The correct model should be selected according to the intended risk, required standard, length, grip and disposable or reusable use.

Are powdered and powder-free examination gloves available?

Yes. The published disposable examination range includes latex and nitrile gloves in powdered and powder-free versions. Extended 12-inch models are also included in the range. Availability, sizes, AQL, packaging and the applicable CE or FDA documentation must be confirmed against the specific examination glove model requested.

How should buyers choose between latex and nitrile gloves?

Selection should be based on the intended task and the specification of the individual product. The published range uses natural latex for household, industrial and examination gloves, while nitrile is available for chemical-resistant industrial and disposable examination applications. Buyers should compare required chemical protection, mechanical performance, fit, lining, length and applicable compliance documents before ordering.
